Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is authorized, carefully package the item, including all original packaging and accessories.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the return is approved, we will notify you and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
Exchanges

Shipping Costs
