Foundation Hospitality records page views, the site that linked you here (the host name only, not the full address), what you click or tap (links, buttons, product tiles, filters, lookbook and PDF opens, and the text of a search you submit), a search that returns nothing, a frame, mirror, or wall covering you pick in a studio, when you leave a product or studio with that choice still open, a short note if a page hits an error (a browser name such as Safari or Chrome, not the full user-agent), how long a tab stays on each page while it is visible, and the furthest point you scroll. A visit id is kept in this browser tab only (sessionStorage) and is removed when the tab closes. We do not set a tracking cookie, do not store your IP address, and do not build a fingerprint. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip that visit record. We read the browser user-agent only to set automated browsers and known hosting-network visits aside in our reports, and we do not store that user-agent. The city, region, and country supplied by our host, and the name, work email, and company you submit before a lookbook, tearsheet, or frame-finishes PDF, are still saved when you send the form. An email you submit for updates is stored the same way. Sales uses those details to follow up with the company or address you named. We do not sell this information.
